Level 1 Matwork for Exercise Physiologists / Exercise Scientists/ Physiotherapists

This 2 day course covers exercise repertoire suitable for early rehabilitation level to intermediate level . Exercises are based on traditional Pilates and enhanced with many exercises drawn from contemporary exercise science and injury rehab research. The course includes practical class development with exercise specificity for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

An electronic copy of the training manual will be emailed along with the Zoom link prior to the course date.

This course is accredited with ESSA – 14 CECs. Physiotherapist accrue 1 point per hour for ongoing education.
