Final year allied health students are also welcome to attend
Pre-requisite – Pilates Level 2 Equipment course

A further repertoire of 80 Exercises on Reformer, Trap table and Wunda chair.

This course is advanced level equipment exercises that can be used to upgrade rehabilitation for sports, dance and work injuries and challenge clients further in their quest for functional strengthening.

Many of these exercises are progressions of the level 1 and 2 repertoire exercises. We continue to address the clinical reasoning and exercise applications of these exercises.

The course includes design and instruction of Pilates programmes for specific target groups that would be considered more advanced clients or elite athletes.
